High-speed on-off valve compared with servo valve has the advantages of simple structure, strong anti pollution ability, compared with the proportional valve has the advantages of high control precision, work stable and reliable. Currently, the high speed solenoid valve also has the disadvantages of low response frequency, Super magnetostrictive high-speed on-off valve has the small output displacement lead to limit its wide application, Piezo-speed switching valve is easy to creep by the superposition of the piezoelectric material, its application is limited, electrostriction type high speed on-off valve has the disadvantages of large power consumption therefore, high speed on-off valve which is to meet the need of simple structure, high control precision, fast response speed, strong anti pollution ability is now in market demand. With the development of smart materials appeared Magnetic shape memory alloys, its deformation up to about 12%, the deformation response speed, and easy to operate, it is widely used as a driver. The magnetic shape memory alloy materials used for high speed switch valve driving material, can make the high-speed on-off valve relative to other different control methods of valve more better in structure performance, cost performance.This paper describes the advantages and disadvantages, the history of high-speed switching valve, and an overview of its current state of research. Also introduced the present situation of the development, performance characteristics, principles of deformation of the magnetic controlled shape memory alloy materials. According to the excellent performance of magnetic shape memory alloys used it for the drive of high speed on-off valve driven material, and design of the drive of speed switch valve, and the overall design of a high-speed switching valve. Use Fluent modules in ANSYS14.5 software on the type of magnetic control of shape memory alloy high speed on-off valve cone valve core flow field CFD simulation analysis, the simulation result shows that the application of symmetric double cone valve in valve core structure, the cone angle is greater than the valve core seat angle, can effectively reduce the noise and increase the valve cavitation resistance, protection overcurrent port, minimize the impact of the hydraulic oil on the valve core, valve core design is reasonable. Create a system model for magnetic shape memory alloy high-speed switching valve by AMESim simulation software and analyze the static and dynamic performance, the simulation results show that the design of magnetic controled memory alloy high-speed switch valve stability and control is well designed to achieve the desired goals.
