Turbine speed regulating quality will largely influence the operation reliability of the hydroelectric generating set and the power quality of power system.Especially for some small and medium-sized units,turbine speed performance and the unit and the direct link between the safe and stable operation of power grid system.As the main component of hydraulic turbine speed governor system,pilot valve parts generally adopt electro-hydraulic servo valve structure of high speed switch valve.At present most of the small and medium-sized hydropower station adopted by the high-speed on-off valve can't achieve large flow and high frequency response.Therefore,high-performance turbine speed of high speed switch valve development has become a research hot topic at home and abroadBased on the new intelligent material of magnetic shape memory alloy(MSMA)as the driving source,research a kind of high speed switch valve can not only realize turbine speed high frequency response,and can meet the demand of the heavy traffic.MSMA is a perceptual and driving performance of new smart material,at the same time with shape memory effect and superelasticity effect and fatigue effect,etc.MSMA is widely applied in the field of precision component manufacturing,MSMA this performance of designed by magnetic controlled shape memory alloy turbine speed of high-speed on-off valve research provides a good foundation.This paper studies the main content is as follows:(1)Analyzes and summarizes the development status quo of turbine speed high speed on-off valve and research situation of the magnetic controlled shape memory alloy material.Combined with the principle of turbine speed electro-hydraulic servo system,put forward innovative magnetic controlled shape memory alloy high-speed switch valve is applied to the concept of turbine speed electro-hydraulic servo system.(2)This paper analyzes the characteristics of magnetic control shape memory alloy materials,selected the suitable deformation recovery method,and studied the deformation rate of material factors,gives the MSMA deformation rate and with the relationship between the magnetic field and the relationship between the temperature.Through the comparative analysis of several kinds of constitutive model,select the appropriate model is used to ease the magnetic control the hysteresis effect of shape memory alloy.(3)Presents a design scheme of high speed on-off valve of hydraulic turbine governor based on MSMA driver.According to the requirements of the actual working parameters,theoretical analysis and simulation based on COMSOL,it designed the structure and size of high-speed on-off valve components,and the selection of body parts materials.(4)Set up the experimental test platform,and performance of the experimental prototype was tested.Study the influence of coil number of turns and the current size on the magnetic field strength and valve core displacement.The relevant data and compares the theory simulation data,analyzes the reasons for deviation data,provides the basis for further structural optimization of turbine speed high-speed on-off valve.
