| The assessment of the efficient operation provided guidance and reference for planning, operation and reconstruction in distribution grid. Due to the widely application of distributed generation, the connotation of the efficient operation in distribution grid is changed widely. Under this circumstances, the assessment objects and the assessment models become more complicated. The goal and criterion of efficient operation in distribution grid was researched in this thesis, the evaluate indices which could reflect the benefit of efficient operation in distribution grid was built, at the same time, carry out the assessment to the practical distribution grid based on the above indices by selecting the proper assessment method, finishing the design and implementation of evaluation software. From the evaluation results, this evaluation method achieved positive effect.First of all, through the depth analysis of the basic connotation of efficient operation in distribution grid and the influence of the distributed generation on the distribution grid, the evaluation indices of efficient operation in distribution grid considering the distributed generation and its hierarchical structure was built. Secondly, under the conditions of no distributed generation, the assessment model of efficient operation in distribution grid was proposed based on the system analysis and hierarchical analysis method; considering the distributed generation, the modified model and new indices of the assessment was proposed. Then, the assessment method and process was established through integrated use of various methods including the AHP, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method or the Delphi Method;, the assessment software development was carried out. Finally, the evaluation software was applied to the typical distribution grid, got the evaluation conclusion and put forward the measures and suggestions to improve the efficient operation level of distribution grid. Through the analysis of actual case, verified the rationality of the assessment indices, the effectiveness of the evaluation method and the applicability of the results analysis methods after considering the influence of distributed generations. The foundation for the further promotion of the technology of the efficient operation evaluation in distribution grid is laid in this thesis. |
