Subway cover structure characteristic is: lower for operation of metro car depot area, is commonly big span space structure, and have strict restrictions to the position of the vertical component structure. The upper structure is usually small space structure, the wall of the upper structure column are difficult to be born, has formed a wide range of vertical component transformation system. At this point, you must set the level conversion component and transformation layer to complete the upper vertical component and the structure of different width and conversion. Set up in this kind of structure isolation layer can also reduce the upper structure and the overall structure of the seismic shear, but often in the case of design is not reasonable, bottom structure seismic force amplification would happen. Another such architectural layer interval shock technology index and economy index is also our concerns. So aiming at these problems research on such subway built high-rise building story isolation structure is necessary.Based on the cover of guangzhou subway high-rise building engineering as an example for analysis. The main work are as follows:⑴ This paper introduces the features of subway cover on the building structure,the difficulty of structural design is domestic subway cover development present situation, the high-rise building story isolation research status and the economy research status of isolation building.⑵ First, the simplified model of the actual project into a multi-particle with SAP2000 software to establish a non-isolated multi-particle model, compare the quality and major multi-modal cycle non-isolated particle model and the actual engineering SATWE model, reasonable verification of the model.⑶ Second, re-establishing multi-story isolation particle model, the use of dynamic time history analysis method, the quality of the upper floors were studied and substructure of the isolation layer, the impact of inter-layer stiffness isolated structure to identify the high-building story isolation substrate shear, isolation layershear, with the isolation layer between the upper and lower floors of quality and layer structure variation of stiffness.⑷ Then numerical simulation using ETABS software subway stations were set up in two high-level 3D building story isolation finite element model: tower isolation structure underlying the top of a large platform and column isolation structure.⑸ These two programs interlayer seismic isolation bearing arrangement, as well as to adjust some of the structural member, select seven seismic waves, the two-way analysis of story isolation structure calculations using the dynamic analysis.⑹ The two solutions were then isolated and comparative analysis of the seismic structure: during strong earthquake fortification between the lower shear layer overturning moment, in the rare case of the top-level acceleration-time curve under earthquake contrast, the interlayer displacement angle checking, isolation layer displacement and isolation bearing checking the tensile and compressive stress value checking, etc. the main technical parameters.⑺ Finally, analysis of technical indicators and economic indicators underlying tower isolation structure and a large platform isolation structure of the top post,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of these two isolated structures, and to find the best isolation solution.Through this study, we can draw the following conclusions: ① story isolation from multi particle research shows that the quality is reduced by the lower isolation layer structure can effectively reduce the interlayer seismic base shear structure. ②large platform tower high-rise structures and large bottom platform isolated structures capitals isolated structure can simultaneously reduce the overall structure of the earthquake, but the big platform capitals isolated structure to reduce the base shear isolated structure is more obvious, you can greatly improve the safety performance of the structure of the lower portion. ③ Through analysis of economic indicators,although the direct construction costs of isolated structure large platform capitals increased slightly larger than the bottom tower platform isolated structures, but after the safety performance of a large platform capitals isolated isolation substructure greatly improved, and loss expense ratio after earthquake and maintenance costs are greatly reduced rate, so the technical indicators and economic indicators comprehensive comparison of the two isolated structures, the paper that the large platform capitals isolation structure is better than a large platform tower bottom seismic isolation performance, and more economical.Research work in this paper, and some conclusions can be for such subway superstructure high-rise buildings designed to provide advice and information.
