The core task of the power dispatch is to maintain the system output and the load phase equilibrium, to ensure the security and stability of power system operation, so generating plan is a very important part of grid security dispatching. With the rapid development of Shanxi grid, UHV and new energy are constantly putting into operation. More efficient coordination mechanism and more advanced technical support are needed to ensure grid security and stability of operation and continuous power supply.Firstly, decision-making techniques and patterns of daily scheduling system in the dispatch scheduling and security correction system are carried out to analyze and research, including the daily scheduling of thermal power scheduling, real-time scheduling, congestion management in four modules and build the mathematical model and its algorithm.Secondly, this article has carried on the detailed elaboration to system design and the implementation plan of the dispatch scheduling and security correction system. Strictly follow the provisions of the Shanxi grid in terms of system security, in accordance with the level of security deployed in the security â…¡, external access to a rigorous data filtering and access control. The hardware architecture of the system by collecting information platform, recently planned subsystems, real-time scheduling subsystem, operation monitoring, and statistical analysis of data subsystems constitute. Telemetry real-time database, the program real-time database, trends in real-time library core data real-time database can be established according to the requirements of the system, the system can also handle a variety of real-time operating information library, responsible for the entire system of real-time database management, real-time data processing, statistical data processing, alarm processing, calculation, and data service request processing, and provide hot standby functionality.Finally, the dispatch scheduling and security correction system is applied to the Shanxi grid, and the results of application of each function are the comprehensive analysis and operation monitoring.The system is based on the actual situation of shanxi power grid scheduling, from mathematical models, physical, practical and economic point of view analysis of the coordination configuration of the daily generation scheduling mechanism, the multi-objective optimization decision-making technology, and build advanced technical support system for scheduling decisions, significantly improve the forward-looking and enforceability of the Shanxi grid generation Scheduling Decision.
