With the rapid development of economy, city urbanization process accelerates. In order to adapt to the fast pace, many kinds of large commercial complex in the city began to appear. Large-scale commercial complex structure is a kind of new business mode, with an integration of office, shopping, entertainment, catering, hotels and other functions. This is convenient for people’s life, promoting the development of the city and improving the utilization rate of the city resources.The diversification of forms and the enjoyment of consumption are characters, guiding the upgrading and transformation of commercial real estate, which is a new originality for the gathering of leisure commercial.Large building area and population density, the variety of the function are the characteristics of the large commercial complex, which make the complexity and difficulty of the design increase. At the same time, The large scale of the project brings huge capital investment. In this case, to optimize the structure design is very important. The design can not only to satisfy the structure under the long-term benefits of structure optimization, minimize the recent investment structure and improve the reliability and rationality of structure, but also allows designers to change from passive check analysis to active design.In this paper, a large commercial complex based on actual project, in view of its original structure (less shear-wall frame structure), we put forward two kinds of new structure system scheme--frame-shear wall structure, concrete braced-frame structure. Model this two kinds of new structure using the structural design software Yingjianke-YJK under the requirement of the existing structural norms; analyzing and comparing the seismic behavior and economy of the three schemes through software calculation; make the deformation analysis under rare earthquake between frame-shear wall structure and the original structure; analyzing less shear-wall frame structure under the action of temperature.In not consider fully meet the architectural features, drainage, HVAC, electricity and other professional requirements of the premise, according to the results of the foregoing comparison, make some reasonable suggestions on the design of similar large-scale commercial complex structure as a reference for investors and designers.
