The technology development and economic development enable people to imagine more about living environment, which is no longer limited to daily life. Aiming at living in more informatization and intelligentization enviroment, the state-of-art technologies are applied to domestic life. At the meantime, as the needs of electrical energy increasing in recent years, environmental pollution is worsening. The prominent contradiction of the energy supply and demand impels the clean energy generation technology applies into our living. Under the specific condition, smart home attracts widespread attention because it has potential advantages in energy saving, rational use of electricity and other aspects.In recent Smart Home researches, most of the topics are about equipment control system. However, the equipment power consumption is neglected. The energy management has great benefit to improve smart home. The crucial part is how to take advantage of advanced automatic control, computer science and communication technology to implement household electricity management and correct irrational electricity consuming habits. Now the state is vigorously building a smart grid, and smart home as an important part of the smart grid is one of the key sectors to achieve a low-carbon, energy saving, environmental protection, smart grid system.Based on the point of using photovoltaic power generation, reducing the energy consumption of public grid and also considering the need of users, this paper design the energy efficiency collaborative control system which cooperates smart home with photovoltaic power generation. As the least squares support vector machines, the system establishes a PV system power forecasting model. Combined with the PSO-based household energy efficiency optimization analysis algorithm, the solution gives reasonable household appliances electricity saving scheme. Aimed at without compromising comfort, guide users to take full advantage of renewable energy and energy-saving measures, and eventually develop the habit of saving electricity and improve energy efficiency.The energy efficiency collaborative control system has been implemented in software and tested in experimental platform of smart home. In addition to energy efficiency collaborative control, the system is also proven able to realize remote control, scene mode and device database management. By comparing the power consumption statistics before and after using the system, the feasibility and effectiveness in energy-saving aspect is verified. The results show that the design has a good energy saving effect and could satisfy the normal household electricity usage demand. The system is expected to achieve the design goal.
