With the development of economy, the consumption of fossil energy is increasing, making the contradiction between energy supply and demand more dramatic.And the heavy use of fossil fuels has caused many environmental problems and the global ecological environment is suffering a huge test. As the representative of new energy, solar energy has become the research focus with its unique advantages.Distributed photo-voltaic power generation, the utilization of solar energy, has become an important project with the support of policies and its characteristics of low investment,high flexibility, covers an area of small. With the most business potential, large-scale distributed photo-voltaic power generation projects will become the focus of investors.But with its rapid development, we should realize that now it belongs to a newly-born topic. And the development of photo-voltaic industry in China is low. Plus the gap of the professional technology and talents between China and other countries exists. Therefore, the comprehensive evaluation of the project is necessary. Based on this consideration, this paper studied the comprehensive evaluation of the large-scale distributed photo-voltaic power generation projects to advise the construction of large-scale distributed photo-voltaic power generation projects.Firstly, the concept of distributed photo-voltaic power generation, the main classification, working principle and its situation in our country are discussed. Secondly the large-scale distributed photo-voltaic power generation is confined and compared with the family-used distributed photo-voltaic power generation. Thirdly the paper analyzes the factors that influences the projects and find out the key exponential factors. Then the comprehensive evaluation index system is established. Fourthly, this paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation model. Finally the paper does empirical analysis with the data of projects. It proves that the the evaluation index system and the model are scientific which provides a theory basis for the decision of large-scale distributed PV power generation projects.
