Air-cooled units has been the rapid development and wide application in the drought, because of its low water consumption, compared to the wet units can reach 60% ~ 70% water shortage "Three North" areas.Cold end equipment of air cooling system runing become an important factor restricting its further development, mainly reflected in the summer peak load under air-cooling system, high back pressure units, affects the last stage of turbine blades operating safely; under low temperatures in winter conditions, cooling tubes prone donglie, directly affect the safety and economy of generator sets.At present, in order to ensure the safety of air-cooled units through summer, many ways be used to cool the radiator in power plant, but the study of summer running on "SCAL" Indirect Air Cooling System is less. This particle taking an example of 350 MW supercritical power plant, by numerical simulation and Examples analysis, study the optimization measures of summer runing about "SCAL" Indirect Air Cooling System. First we study the effect of spray humidification devices to the the heat sink by numerical simulation, analysis of the velocity field of the wind distribution around the bottom of the radiator, according to the velocity field distribution, study the effect of spray humidification device on the heat sink under layout position and spray angle of the nozzle and different wind speeds,think outside the tower 3~5m arrangement of nozzles, spray angle is 60~90 ° when the cooling effect is obvious, and unchanged in the water volume, double nozzle jet heat transfer effect. Then for its on-site existance of wet unit and air-cooled unit, proposed two programs of cross-units supply water and additional peak cooling device, and carried out a feasibility analysis and preliminary design of programs. For indirect dry cooling system safe summer, provides a theoretical basis, and to provide assistance to indirect air-cooling system to further optimize the design.
