Researching On Distribution Production Project Management In Inner Mongolia Power Company

The study of distribution production project management can improve the efficiency of network maintenance and accelerate the reaction speed of fault repair.And it can ensure the safe operation of the power distribution equipment and ensure the smooth implementation of the renovation, overhaul and expansion engineering at the same time.The article introduces summary of distribution production project management,including the meaning of distribution production project,the status and features of China’s distribution network,distribution production engineering management measures and the method of distribution production project management.Next,on the basis of analyzing the status of distribution production project management in Inner Mongolia Power Company,this paper finds out existing issues of distribution production project management in Inner Mongolia Power Company in detail,including construction contract signing irregular issue,lacking change procedure issue in engineering change,project start management irregular issue,completion acceptance irregular or error issue,settlement management irregular or error issue,not completed to apply for entry of goods issue,balance material not back depot issue and engineering data not filed or irregular issue.And it analyzes the frequency of these issues.On the basis,this paper finds out the main reasons by causal analysis method and proposes countermeasures of the status of distribution production project management in Inner Mongolia Power Company.It proposes means and safeguard measures to solve the problem from the perspective of Strengthening the construction of distribution production engineering management system,strictly regulate the implementation process of distribution production engineering,establishing distribution production engineering management information system,distribution production engineering management safeguard measures and so on.The results of this paper have practical value for the improvement of the management level of distribution production project management in Inner Mongolia Power Company and provide reference for other power company distribution management of power companies.
