With the demand of high-quality development and supply side reform,the quality and efficiency of power grid construction and operation has been raised to a new height.Especially this year,State Grid Corporation put forward the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of things,which puts forward higher requirements for the intelligent operation of power grid Internet of things.The demand for distribution automation construction has increased significantly,so lean production is imperative.But at present,the distribution automation project management of power supply enterprises has many disadvantages,which has been difficult to meet the development requirements.The introduction of lean production can change the current situation of extensive power grid construction in terms of quality,improve the production efficiency and efficiency of power supply enterprises,and improve the management level of enterprises in an all-round way,which is of great positive significance to the safe,stable and intelligent operation of power grid.Based on the above background,this thesis first studies the development and application level of lean production at home and abroad by studying literature and materials,expounds the meaning of lean and the basic concept,construction status and engineering characteristics of distribution automation of power supply enterprises,and makes a detailed analysis of lean production theory,including its core content,basic principles,basic methods,etc.Then it analyzes the distribution of power supply area and the current situation of power distribution network in area A,especially the waste of power distribution automation engineering construction in area A,through investigation and statistics,factor analysis,Pareto chart analysis and other ways to conduct serious analysis,mainly aiming at the company’s organizational structure,the current situation of engineering construction,as well as capital utilization,safety and human resources The problems and waste are elaborated.Therefore,in view of the current problems of engineering management,taking the distribution automation transformation project as the research object,the distribution automation engineering management mode based on lean production is constructed and implemented,which covers the whole life cycle of the project.The mode aims to build high-quality distribution automation lines,takes cultural construction and organizational construction as two implementation guarantees,and takes seven aspects as management tools,including system establishment,lean planning,precision technology,standardized line template,continuous improvement management mechanism(PDCA),visualization platform and standardized engineering process,to complete the implementation and application of lean management mode in the distribution automation project,and through data analysis,specific examples to verify the feasibility and scalability of the mode,and finally to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis of the benefit increment after implementation.
