With the deepening of the reform of the power industry in Chengdu, Chengdu, the rapid growth of the economy and the rapid development of electricity load, Chengdu grid will continue to expand the scale, increase in new equipment, the widespread use of new technologies, electrical equipment, so that the Ministry of Production Technology increasingly onerous task scheduling commitments. Design and implementation of substation operation safety management system for optimization of existing management processes to enhance production management level is particularly important. Substation operation safety management system set up a complete production management system, so that to achieve inter-enterprise information sharing internal business chain, a chain to optimize the business management aspects, standardized approval process, strengthen the management of tasks from monitor and improve the level of company management.First, the status quo combined with the power company substation operation safety management to raise demand, combined with the safe operation of the substation management situation at home and abroad to propose appropriate requirements to carry out detailed analysis and mission established subdivision substation operation and improvement of the safety management system functional requirements, use case analysis and the establishment of relations, to complete project tasks on the basis of needs analysis to determine the functional needs of the various segments of the demand and the need to complete the task. Has been in use continuously refined and improved, played a good role in the safe production work.
