With the increase of population, economic development and social improvement of living standards, in recent years, the people of fossil fuel storage uses gradually depleted and caused the ecological environment worsening pollution become more and more serious is the unprecedented concern, common deeply aware of the energy field must take the sustainable development road. The use of solar energy grid connected power generation is a major issue in the use of green renewable energy, improve the ecological environment, improve people’s living conditions in one and for the twenty- first Century human development. It has economic, political and social benefit, also contains the value of academic research and the basic theory of wealth. However, affected by many uncertain factors, the development of photovoltaic grid connected power generation construction of our country still exist various problems and risk factors, so it is urgent to carry out the risk identification, evaluation and control of its, to sustainable and healthy guarantee of photovoltaic grid connected power generation project development.On the basis of this thesis on reading lots of related literatures at home and abroad, through the system of risk management system and method of exposition, introduces the risk management in the period of development and basic process, comparison and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of common risk assessment method, and describes the classification and working principle of the solar PV market resources. Photovoltaic grid connected power generation combined with the situation of our country, aiming at the uncertainty of the risk factors existing in effectively identification and analysis, in order to avoid the subjective influence by establishing the evaluation index system of PV grid connected power generation, and instroduces the establishment of evaluation index system principles and processes, scientifically using interpretative structural model of cluster analysis method, it can determine the influence of major risk categories of PV grid connected generation objective, generation objective, remove the expert "consciousness" model from artificial and individual index deviation. Taking into account the photovoltaic grid connected power itself is uncertain and fuzzy characteristics, puts forward the improved gray theory and fuzzy mathematics theory and photovoltaic grid connected power generation risk assessment, combined with empirical analysis, obtains the risk factors for the grade level, put forward the effective prevention and control measures of strategy identified the target.
