| This paper introduces the hydraulic pressure to solve the boiler drum, a stator and a steel plant rolling mill and other large equipment hoisting and translation with the lifting device and a hydraulic pushing and shifting device. Lifting cable hydraulic device based on the working principle of hydraulic hydraulic cylinder, with hydraulic oil as power, push the piston reciprocating motion of hydraulic cylinder, the load conversion between the upper end of the piston is connected with the clamping mechanism is connected with the cylinder body and the lower part of the clamping mechanism, thereby enhancing(or drop) a new, special lifting equipment weight. This paper describes in detail the main construction principle and composition, and the calculation of its special structure and supporting equipment were described, framework of matching; hydraulic pressure pushing device is a hydraulic cylinder as the power, through the locking mechanism of the unidirectional movement characteristics, so that the weight forward on the rail horizontally move. Hydraulic pressure pushing device comprises a pushing jack, a hydraulic pump station, the clamping mechanism, electric control part and accessory parts. When the top clamping mechanism clamping rail to provide counter force, electrical control system of the hydraulic system to make the pushing jack telescopic, so as to realize the pushing member function. Hydraulic top oil cylinder through the top oil cylinder connecting plate is connected with the clamping device.
