With the global economic development, wind power has developed rapidly as a clean and renewable energy, attracting more and more attention around the world. China will have a broad prospect with his vast territory rich in wind resources. With the development of the wind power technology, wind power installation equipment came into being. However, installation equipment rely mainly on the domestic foreign support, the purpose of this research is to develop a lifting equipment used in Wind Turbine foundation with independent intellectual property rights of domestic. Filled technology gaps in this area, in order to promote wind power in China to provide technical support.This thesis describes several basic infrastructures used in the wind turbine at home and abroad, and elaborated the development of lifting equipment about domestic and foreign wind turbine, and provide the research content about the lifting equipment of monopile foundation. According to the requirements of monopile foundation lifting operations, analyzing strength performance when have partial pressure in the the process of lifting monopole. In the on the basis of studying abroad lifting equipments, for different diameter and weight monopole, designed unilateral lifting equipment for little diameter and low weight, and lateral lifting equipment for large diameter and heavy weight.Designed the mechanical structure of the unilateral and bilateral lifting equipment, unilateral equipment design include rack, cam clamping component parts and telescopic pole, bilateral equipment design include hanging beams, big-boom crane assembly and little-endian assembly, calculated clamping force when the unilateral and bilateral equipment clamping. Analysis the overall intensity of the unilateral and bilateral equipment and the main components strength and stiffness using finite element analysis software, as well as the contact intensity analysis of clamping contact tooth. Design the hydraulie synehronous control based on the eleetro-hydraulic proportional direction throttle valve. Build up mathematies model of electro-hydraulic proportional direction throttle valve and are regulated by the way PID controller.The thesis has finished processing the experimental prototype, experiment results show that:the developed prototype can be achieved spreader pipe lifting of the whole process. The experimental prototype spreader performance to the actual project performance indicators for the follow-up engineering design provides a reliable technical design.
