Now, the rapid development of distributed generation technologies become the world one of the effective use of renewable energy approach. In the face of increasingly scarce energy resources and increased pollution of the fact that the world had to promote the development of distributed power agenda, making it the world to promote energy conservation, to deal with the greenhouse effect and make due contributions.Distributed power in order to achieve long-term development, and how to effectively address the key network effect. This paper describes the status of distributed power sources and start developing world to start, then introduces the concept of distributed power, classification and characteristics of the final terms of the voltage regulator distributed power, harmonic analysis and relay protection the distribution grid due to the impact of access to distributed power brought.In this paper, a preliminary study of distributed power access relevant regulations and technical standards for the distribution network, and Dongxiang photovoltaic power plant, for example, presents a direct, dedicated access branch and three forms of distributed power grid mode. Through careful systematic comparison analysis to find the optimal access programs in the PV power plant, to accumulate experience for the future of distributed power access Fuzhou Area project.
