In recent years, photovoltaic industry at home and abroad has made substantial progress, but due to the anti-dumping and countervailing and relatively excess production capacity of Europe and the United States, the domestic photovoltaic industry is facing the great crisis and challenges. Only domestic photovoltaic power generation which is increasingly used in projects, and is developing the domestic market and digesting excess capacity vigorously, it is possible to get rid of the foreign industry constraints and sustain healthy development. Distributed photovoltaic power as a new kind of energy, its main application way is connected to the distribution network of electricity grid enterprises, which inevitably leads to the result that traditional distribution network management mode and trend structure of grid enterprise is disrupted. Especially in the aspect of safe operation, power quality and equipment maintenance which cause difficulties of technology and management.After decades of development, photovoltaic power generation ontology technology is mature, but for power grid companies, photovoltaic power distribution network is still in the exploratory stage, and the access of distributed photovoltaic generation, and protection configuration, and monitoring control technology have not yet mature, so the study of distribution photovoltaic power generation how to access to distribution network is of great significance.This article firstly introduces the background and meaning of this subject, simply overviews the development of photovoltaic industry in other countries of the world, and combined with the present situation of the photovoltaic development in our country, points out main direction of development of distributed photovoltaic generation in the future. The paper mainly does the following three aspects:Through the research and analysis of present construction and operation of the photovoltaic projects in Shijiazhuang area, several kinds of classification modes of distributed photovoltaic power access to the distribution network are put forward, the pros and cons, suitable characteristics and scope, and the actual access difficult points existing in the practice of various models are analyzed, then through the analysis the typical connection model commonly used is summed up.The dispatching control aspects impact which is due to the distributed photovoltaic power access to distribution network is analyzed, and the adaptation measures of corresponding technical and management level are put forward.Combined with the actual situation, dispatching and control automation system configuration scheme of grid connected distributed photovoltaic power is studied, and unified dispatch and management mode of photovoltaic generation access to distribution network is studied.Finally, through the completed operation of distributed photovoltaic power projects, which has three typical wiring ways to distribution network, it elaborates on the determination of access, configuration of relay protection and access to distribution network dispatching automation system.
