| Green ecological concrete as an environmentally friendly concrete,can effectively reduce the damage to the environment, and because of its plant compatibility, can also play a role in beautifying and protecting the environment. Based on the current study situation of Eco green concrete in and abroad and the problems existent in current studies, integrated ecology, botany and materials science and other related sciences, the properties of green eco-concrete preparation techniques were systematically studied, and the test date obtained all fitted and analyzed by the ORIGIN software.The main contents and results of the test are as follows:1) The Rheological properties test result of cement-based cement material combinations show:In order to meet the effective porosity requirements of ecological concrete range from 20% to 30%, the cement-based combination Rheological properties of cementitious materials to be moderate, while single mix with fly ash best content is 20%; single mix with slag, best content is 20% to 30%; replace 30% cement with double mixed fly ash and slag, suitable match the ratio of 1:2. In the water-cement ratio of 0.30, the total content of mineral admixtures of 30%, the relationship between the shear rate-shear stress and shear rate-apparent viscosity of the cement base cementitious pastes were analyzed, the rheological equations of the cement-based cementitious materials combination system were established, the study found that both single-doped or double admixed are satisfied Bingham flow model;2) a practical, high precision effective porosity test method of green concrete was presented, the relationship between the effective porosity and the permeability coefficient of the green concrete were established;3) discussed the influence of aggregate size, the total cementitious materials, mineral admixture dosage and species as well as water-cement ratio on the green concrete properties, The relationship between the effective porosity and the Green Eco-concrete strength was established:K=1.1×10-8 e6.04(R=0.995,n=24);the appropriate ranges of green concrete formulation technology key parameters was obtained from the test as follows:the aggregate size of 9.5~16mm,water-cement ratio of 0.29 to 0.35, the total amount of cementitious materials for 260-300kg/m3; and proposed some effective ways to improve the performance of green concrete.4) Based on the same size particle sphere model, using the thought of general volume of concrete mix design method, proposed the green concrete mix design method and verified by experiment, the results proved that the method is scientific and effective, can achieve the intended target.5) with 0.1% concentration of oxalic acid to solution the problem of high-alkali of ecological concrete, the ecological concrete pH can fall down to 9.5-10.5, with its 28d compressive strength remained unchanged, the plant property test of eco-concrete showed:After the down-alkali treatment, the ecological concrete and bermudagrass and tall fescue grass seed has good compatibility to meet the growth requirements of plants. |
