Preparation And Application Research Of Construction Waste Production Green Porous Concrete

With the rapid development of urbanization,the construction work is also fast forward,but the face of urban construction waste growing environmental and energy issues,as well as urbanization brought environmental issues to make our living environment and nature in harmony to produce a huge challenge.If not properly treated,we should get the natural punishment.The floods is still fresh in my memory in the summer of 2012.In this context,to study and promote the use of both to meet people's day-to-day performance of the pavement load and environmentally friendly,energy-saving new concrete,is of great practical significance.This topic is in such cases:renewable pervious concrete by single particle size of coarse recycled aggregate with environmental protection,energy conservation,and economic advantages.In this paper,after the crushing of the waste concrete and discarded bricks composed three different coarse aggregate(All waste concrete,waste concrete and discarded bricks mass ratio 2:1,all abandoned brick),study of their material properties,made of three different materials according to their material characteristics in the case of the porosity of 20%,25%and 30%,respectively,mixing of the different cement ratio 0.25,0.30,0.35 and 0.40 the 216 renewable permeable concrete.Progressive analysis of their mechanical properties and physical properties:come to the water-cement ratio,effective porosity,and permeability coefficient of relationship,and analyze the inherent relationship between compressive strength and permeability performance of the test block.Finally,according to the actual situation Nanning,simulation of a processing plant to undertake economic benefits analysis.The results show that this test developed porous concrete product,in compression,pervious to meet under the different conditions of use requirements;in the economy and the environment have a strong advantage.
