| Modern wood structure has many characteristics, such as green, low carbon, environmental protection and renewable which can promote civil engineering development in our country towards to the green, low carbon direction.Modern wood structure also can implement the basic state policy of resource conservation and environmental protection in China and has important economic, social and ecological benefits.This thesis based on the sing-an larch as the raw materials, manufacturing glued wood with resorcin as adhesives.The experimental research of bending capacity and dynamic characteristics to the Larch glued wood was carried out to study its bending and flexural performance.And ANSYS was applied to model.The main tasks were listed as follows:1.The thesis compared and analyzed the wood structure related theory at home and abroad, wood structure research results and the actual engineering situation.Analyzed the manufacturing process of Larch glued wood and put up some problems on manufacturing process, proved the feasibility of modern timber structure components in bulk production domestically.2.The thesis analyses the Larch glued wood static theory, provided a theoretical support for test analysis, introduced the structural free vibration calculation theory, also analyses the dynamic performance parameters including the components of frequency, damping ratio and mode to provide the theoretical support for experiment study.3.The experimental research of bending capacity to the larch glued wood was carried out.Through the experiment, the load displacement curve, stress and strain, failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity of three point bending and four-point bending test were analyzed.Tensile area damage was the major failure modes of larch glued wood, most damage cracks happened to the defect of glued wood bottom.4.The experimental research of dynamic characteristics to the larch glued wood was carried out.Measured the dynamic performance parameters including the components of frequency, damping ratio and mode. And researched the natural vibration frequency of larch glued wood and the natural frequency and damping ratio under different load conditions.5.The finite element method of ANSYS was applied in the bending analysis of larch glued wood by solid model.Researched model of load-displacement curve, stress and strain distribution, and compared with the results of the bending experiment.The results showed that the use of finite element software ANSYS calculation results were closed to the experiment results and fitting very close in elastic deformation stage, but there exist certain difference when load was bigger, and the thesis analyzed the reasons of the differences. |
