With the continuous optimization of wood structure design,the traditional wood connections used in modern wood structures are gradually reduced while more metal connections are used.The standardizing metal components produced centralized in plant,are interspersed in the wood structure as auxiliary structures,and widely applied to the design of bolt connection node.This thesis carried out an experimental research on the bearing strength of larch plywood and the bearing capacity of bolted joints based on the basic theory of bolted connection,inspected test pieces along the direction of the groove under the pressure of the situation,analyzed the impacts of steel pin diameter and test methods caused on the pin trough pressure strength,simulated and analyzed the failure process of pin groove compression based on ANSYS finite element software.Meanwhile,analyzed the impacts of which the diameter of bolt,the ratio of the main/side material thickness and the ratio of thickness/diameter caused on the bearing capacity of bolted joint,and analyzed the experimental results based on the Foschi formula.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)The yield strength of the pin groove under the direction of the steel pin in the grain direction is much greater than that in the transverse direction,and the yield load increased by 0.5?0.9 times;the diameter of steel pin is an important factor influencing the bearing pressure,the test method basically has no effect on the bearing pressure.(2)The simulation of pin failure process based on ANSYS finite element software:during the pin groove pressure process,the Von mises stresses are mainly distributed at the lower and both sides of the pin groove,and the lower and both sides of the groove will be destroyed first when the pressure load increases to the pin trough load.(3)The influencing factors of the bearing capacity of the bolted joints were sorted by importance from small to large:the ratio of the main/side material thickness,the ratio of thickness/diameter,the diameter of bolt.(4)Based on the Foschi formula:the formula has a very good applicability,the fitting curves are basically between the test curves,fitting effect is ideal,and the coefficient of determination of the curve of all experimental groups was R2>0.8.
