This research expounds the developing course of domestic and foreign children’s outdoor activities places; On children’s outdoor activities, the use of the concept, types and main camp groups defined. The children’s outdoor activities camp related theory research and practice was still in the stage of gradually improve in Shandong province. This study through field investigation, literature review, expert interviews and other methods, select 6 children’s outdoor activities, the camp as the main object of study. The main content of children’s outdoor activities for the construction of the camp time, development present situation, the use of the main groups, the overall plan for the camp theme, function division, greening configuration, water scene setting and supporting facilities, etc. was invested. Based on detailed investigation of the parts above, in order to understand the general situation of children education practice camp in shandong province.The landscape evaluation results show as follows: Shan qing world, Chang qing camp, the overall environment of the Qingdao camp landscape evaluation result is good, cieme camp, jining,linyi camp camp overall environmental landscape evaluation results for the general. Among them, Shan qing with the aid of details to express design ideas, wins in the design is exquisite, the landscape space hierarchy rich and considerable changes, but in setting on the art and science of form a complete set of service facilities need to be further perfect; Chang qing camp environment landscape assessment, ecological aspects are more outstanding, but it remains to be further improved ornamental and functional aspects, there are single plant community plant community hierarchy, plant the seasonal change is not obvious, such problems as not enough rich landscape space change. Qingdao camp in social and cultural aspects are more outstanding, can give full play to the camp’s role in the child group, but in the facility, setting of sketch should pay attention to scientific and artistic. Finally summed up the children’s outdoor activities, camps, and probes into the optimization method, in order to children’s outdoor activities in the future the development of the camp.
