| At present, the cases on Service Design we can see mostly emphasize creating invisible experience process for users, while the case on Product Design mostly emphasize the exploring of shapes, colors, materials and function. Service Design and Product Design are always separated. The lack of a systematic and comprehensive methodology guidance often drives the merely cases of combination to go contrary, so it is difficult to reinforce each other to achieve the best user experience. Complete Service Design should be "considerate", and contain both pleasing "event" and satisfied "object". The exploring of service design in this topic tries to promote adhesive to everyday life, with the attempt of embracing services and products closely. Practice in this case includes not only improving shapes of adhesive products and innovating tools, but also importing mobile application which builds communication platform between enterprise and users and attracting users to participate in product innovation, in order to open up a development channel which means create with uses together for enterprises.Perhaps Service Design refers not only design of service, but design with the thinking of service. Regardless of hardware or software, tangible or intangible, Service Design requires action from all directions. And it also needs to pay attention to both provider of service and user of service. This topic is the commission of an adhesives enterprise,with the objective of promoting adhesive products in the civilian market, but I regard the user and the enterprise both as the "clients", and try to create a mutually beneficial interaction between the two. The perception on Service Design in this paper bases on exploration, which starts from adhesive products to thinking about how to promote the "stickiness" comes from company and its products to users. |
