In recent years, energy shortages and environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent, Our country is in the transitional stage of the energy consumption structure, some of the traditional energy production industry is on the innovation way, for example:Iron and steel industry, coal industry and oil industry. "Under the dome" is an amazing hit for us to think the future of human sustainable development. Occupy a large proportion of the energy consumption of the automobile industry to conduct a reborn. At present governments and car manufacturers began to focus on the development of electric vehicles in electric vehicle development, among the American Tesla Motors (Tesla Motors) company. According to the national Ministry of science and technology "electric vehicle technology development five special plan", by 2050 the number of pure electric vehicles in China will reach about 4000000 units.With the growing number of electric vehicle, charging station also entered the process of a scale, network planning and construction. At present, whether domestic or electric car Tesla car market prospect in technology has been quite mature is not optimistic, the main reason is not the price of more expensive than technology is not mature, this phenomenon is caused in many city shows the electric vehicle charging problem, how to ensure the electric vehicle power network operation, smooth, the user traffic travel and charging stations for benefits, planners and managers, how to realize the reasonable planning of the charging station location, this is a problem to be solved.Through domestic and foreign literature, the station location theory to carry on the related analysis and research of electric vehicle charging, charging stations refer to the domestic and foreign development status, in-depth research, summarizes the experience of the construction of the charging station, and according to the charging station location factors, location principle, location process made the relevant qualitative analysis.In view of the above problems, this paper proposes a multi-grade station location model for electric vehicle charging, considering the characteristics of the user distribution, the model for charging station construction cost and user charging minimal total cost as the goal and using improved Taboo search algorithm to solve the model. According to the two decision variables of the user assignment and site level, it designs the scheme of the initial solution and taboo code combination, and adopts that can solve 2-opt neighborhood charging level, location, user distribution problems in the construction of station search method.Finally, select an area of Beijing as an example, take the use of multi class based location model and algorithm to make the related test, the constructed model of charging station location is very effective, algorithm has very good looking site capability and convergence performance.
