According to the two decision variables of the user assignment and site level, it designs the scheme of the initial solution and taboo code combination, and adopts that can solve 2-opt neighborhood charging level, location, user distribution problems in the construction of station search method.Finally, select an area of Beijing as an example, take the use of multi class based location model and algorithm to make the related test, the constructed model of charging station location is very effective, algorithm has very good looking site capability and convergence performance.
