Research On The Electric Vehicle Charging Station Location

In recent years,with the influence of resources,environment and financial crisis,many countries promote electric vehicle industry development.Charging station is an important factor which affecting the development of electric vehicles,so that many countries have accelerated the construction of charging stations.Scientific layout of the charging station is important to improve the convenience of electric vehicle users,the rationality of urban planning and the development of electric vehicle industry.China is in the early stages of the development of electric vehicles and the charging stations' construction,it is necessary to speed up the pace of research to guide the construction of charging stations.Based on the theory of central place theory,this paper regards the charging station as the center of providing charging service,and uses the market principles,traffic principles and administrative principles as the three basic principles of its location.And based on the researching results of charging station location,the article summarizes the main factors that affect the location of charging stations of electric vehicles.Including the electric vehicle charging demand,the development of charging technology,the charging mode of charging facilities,charging facilities' operating mode,charging station's service radius,urban power grid planning,urban road network planning,national and local supporting policies and technical specification documents,land use planning and other factors.According to the three basic principles of charging station construction and its influencing factors,and the theory of maximum coverage model,P-median model and flow capturing location allocation model,this paper constructs a multi-objective,multi-grade and dynamic model.And the hierarchical sequence analysis process is used to solve the multi-objective location allocation model of the electric vehicle charging station.This article simulates the road traffic data of a certain area and uses ArcGIS and Lingo analysis tools to screen the candidate sites of the charging station.It is found that the layout of the multi-grade electric vehicle charging station is basically in accordance with the traffic principle of the central place system.Guiding the behavior of the electric vehicle charging users reasonably under the same site selection scheme will reduce the cost,improve the social welfare.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions and prospects for the construction of the charging station.
