With the vigorous support of the government,electric vehicles,as the representative of new energy vehicles,have played an important role in alleviating energy shortage,protecting the environment and reducing noise pollution.However,the contradiction between the increasing demand for charging and the relatively backward charging facilities is also the primary factor restricting the development of the electric vehicle industry.Reasonable charging station location and reasonable charging station scale are the key steps to improve the basic charging facilities.With the comprehensive coverage of the expressway network and the expansion of travel demand,the number of electric vehicles driving in the expressway network will rise dramatically,followed by the construction demand of the electric vehicle charging station along the expressway as a necessary traffic service facility.Therefore,in the context of the expressway network,it is of great practical significance to consider the charging behavior of the electric vehicle users in the expressway network as the demand of the road,and to study the location and capacity of the electric vehicle charging station in the expressway network.In this paper,according to the characteristics of Expressway network,using classical interception location model,combining queuing theory knowledge,and considering the cost of station construction and service level of charging station from the perspective of operators and users,the location and capacity decision of charging station for electric vehicles is made.Firstly,on the basis of literature review,a multi-objective mixed integer programming model with the objective of maximizing the traffic intercepted by charging stations and minimizing the total construction cost is established,and an immune algorithm for solving the model is proposed.Considering the endurance of EV,the Anxiety Power Coefficient of EV users is introduced to replace the traditional power alert coefficient.Combined with queuing system,the customers who enter the queuing system of EV are classified.Customers are divided into two categories:time-rich and time-tight,and there are two types of time-rich users,which are sensitive to capital and insensitive to capital.Suppose there are two kinds of charging piles,one is fast but expensive,and the other is slow but affordable.The users who are short of time will choose one type of charging pile,while the users who have plenty of time will choose the second type of chargingpile,but the customers who are not sensitive to capital also have a certain probability to choose one type of charging pile.Finally,the feasibility and validity of the model and algorithm are verified by a specific example of Wuhan expressway.Matlab software is used to program the solution,and the optimal site of the station and the optimal number of two types of charging piles in the station are obtained.The influence of the maximum endurance mileage of the electric vehicle and the user anxiety power coefficient on the results is analyzed.
