With the development of large- scale and electrification & automation trend for navy vessels, the reliability and persistence of the SPS is facing to challenge, the ability to reconstruct the system and the maximum limit power supply when the SPS is attacked or broke down. SPS restoration after faults is a optimization problem with multi-objective, multi-stage, multi-constraint.Generation of optimal restoration program is the most import part, which determines the final result of the whole system. This article is focus on formulating the composite state rapidly with high efficiency, thus improving the stability of the SPS.This article, firstly, analyze each model of SPS,determine looped power supply network as object of study, and map the breaking capacity of the switches to load devices. Secondly, establish two models of goal according to the actual requirement: maximum limit power supply and minimum switching frequency. Then, set up electrical connection and load capacity limitation of each branch as constraints and work out the fault restoration which meets the requirements with NGSA-Ⅱ algorithm. Finally, the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by specific case and its superiority is concludes by comparative analysis with other algorithms.
