With the continuous development of the world economy, international trade is also growing, and the ship that undertakes most of the trade transportation tasks more stringent requirements. As the most important part of ship, marine power station is also faced with more stringent requirements about its capacity and automation degree. The full automation marine power station in high-voltage is became a trending.Based on the high-voltage marine power station physical simulation platform of laboratory, this study designs and realizations the high-voltage marine power station automation and reactive power management control system, with the latest integrated PLC of S7-1200, products of SIEMENS, as its core device.Firstly, this thesis introduces the components of the physical platform and the high-voltage marine power station. And dissertate the selection of core controller. Then, expound detail about the design and realization of the function of marine power station automation which comprise the acquisition and monitoring of operation parameters, the auto-starts and auto-parallel of generators, the automatic frequency and power adjustment and automatic un-parallel and stopping of generators. And introduced the basic theory of reactive power management module, and designs it comprehensively. Finally, described the installation and debugging of the whole system. And recorded the procedure and results of the experiments.Experiments shows that the controller runs stably and reliably and performs the predetermined functions welly.
