This paper designs a power generation system with the method of biomass gasification. The process is: firstly, considering air as gasification agent, pretreated agricultural and forestry residues need to be combusted in the anaerobic atmosphere, the generated crude gas can be refined by the cyclone, spray machine, at last its heat value can be up to 5.0MJ/Nm3, After the combustible gas bubbled into biomass gas generators, power for the use of feed processing plant production. The biomass-rich combustible gas can be sent to peasant households for cooking through underground pipe network.Through the test of biomass gasification generator, assessing of the suitability of biomass gasification fuel, assessing of the practical application of dolomite, limestone, and a catalyst such as nickel-based catalysts, including impact of the output of the gas composition, calorific value and the activity of catalyst itself with the change of time and working conditions; assessing of the performance of the biomass gas generator sets, especially the impact of raw material for the internal combustion engine detonation in H2 gas composition component content; assessing of composition of biomass gas turbine exhaust varies with the generator working conditions, the biomass gasification power generation is reasonably optimized to run smoothly on the system safe and reliable on the basis of power generation system. The design of system is reasonable, its process is simple. Under test, its highest gasification efficiency can reach 75%, its calorific value can reaches 5MJ/Nm3, tar and ash content is generally lower than 17mg/Nm3, gas turbine thermal efficiency can reach more than 30% which meet the design requirements.This article also estimated investment and income about biomass gasification power generation system, its financial net present value(financial benchmark rate of return take 5%) of 131,547 Yuan, the financial internal rate is 6.65%,its commercial operation is fully possible. Its cost is also very impressive; it has a positive effect in the ecological environment, resource conservation, population health and employment promotion. |
