The emissions of greenhouse gas have caused global warming,which force people turning to more green environmental energy to replace fossil energy.Biomass energy is both the earliest used energy and the only renewable energy which can be stored and transported.Increasing attentions are being paid to biomass for its widely distributed,huge reserves,carbon balance and other advantages.Biomass gasification power generation technology is one of the most important technologies to convert biomass energy into electricity.It has the advantages of high power generation efficiency,flexible scale,low running cost.Thus,it fits with the characteristics of biomass in China.In this paper,the writer put forxvard three types of biomass gasification power generation system optimization process,based on the analysis of the former biomass gasification power generation system and multi-generation system.Meanwhile,it combines the advantages and disadvantages of various types of gas purification system.Firstly,the tar re-gasification process of the tar collection and recycling;Secondly,high temperature hot carbon bed process for improving calorific value of gas through hot carbon bed after tar thermal cracking;Thirdly,low temperature gasification multi co-production process for high quality carbon and biomass gasification power generation.By using the method of technical investigation and process calculation,the parameters of energy flow balance and key equipments of each process are analyzed anci calculated.Aiming at the core problems in the process of tar with heat pump experiment,gasification experiment of low calorific value gas fired carbon bed,and the experiment of low temperature gasification carbon gas co-production,the writer demonstrates the feasibility of each process in engineering practice.By comparing the key parameters such as biomass consumption,power generation efficiency and carbon yield in each process and the structural characteristics of the IMW power generation system,the low temperature gasification poly-generation process is more competitive from the aspects of both the econoruic and environmental benefits.The results provide a new idea for the research of biomass gasification power generation system and provide the reference for the subsequent MW-scale biomass gasification power generation system.
