It is hindering the development of the application of the electricity information collection system.This project is to upgrade local communication channel of the electricity information collection system.The narrowband carrier acquisition equipment of pilot users will be replaced into broadband carrier acquisition equipment,then improve the collection and real-time performance, stability, reliability.After the completion of the alteration, the success rate of the electricity information collection system will be up to more than 98%.
