With the rapid development of computer communication technology, the systemof the electric power which acts as the basis of electrification faces many challengesand it is especially significant to collect and deal with the data of plentiful powerusers. The traditional power network based on the analogue technique has hardlyadjusted itself to the need of the digital society. Furthermore, the modern smart powernetwork, which has designed and constructed for a period of time, develops backwardrelatively because of the acquisition and processing of abundant electric data.Therefore, it is of great importance to research the technology of collecting andprocessing with a mass of data.Intelligent Smart Grid embodies in three key levels. First of all, it can usesensors to take a real-time monitoring on the normal and emergent operations of keyequipment for power generation, transmission and distribution. Secondly, the massdata collected from the sensors (the operation of equipment, the using situation ofelectricity, etc.) are gathered and integrated effectively by distributed network system.At last, the professional software system may make a deeply excavation, analysis,processing and display of the data: meanwhile it may offer some technique support,and even optimize the operation of electricity market.The Power user eleco energy data acquire system is not only an important subjectin the research of Smart Grid but also a professional software system in processingand analysis of the mass data. At first, this article analyzes the study backgroundabout the Power user eleco energy data acquire system and discusses the Smart Grid.And then it presents some main problems of the automatic meter reading system andthe solutions on the gathering and processing of the smart electric network data. In thearticle, some related theories and key technologies used in the smart grid datasubsystem such as SOA framework,J2EE developing platforms and XML technology,Flex technology, the Oracle database technology, Tokyo Tyrant database cachetechnology are also introduced. According to the results of the researches andtechnologic analyses, overall designed solutions on the Smart Grid data processingsubsystem (including the design of the functional modules of the system and otherrelevant framework designs, etc) are presented in the article. And the article alsoshows the preliminary development of the subsystem by using the software development techniques. What’s more, the article discusses something about the deepexcavation and analysis of the gathering data so that the real network operationsshould be grasped. In addition, the systematic tests mainly adopt the methods ofterminal simulations and the pressure test due to the limit of the hardware conditionsand environmental factors. At last, the excavated and analyzed data, which are appliedin the aspects of the smart grid deployment, management, planning and constructionand troubleshooting so as to achieve the optimal operation of the entire electricsystem, are as well presented in the article.
