Domestic iron & steel enterprise of small profit and even losses is reversed transmission enterprises pay more attention to energy conservation and emissions reduction work. Sintering process is the high energy consumption of steel production, at the same time, the sintering production about 40% of the energy in the process is being taken away by waste gas, not only pollutes the environment but also waste a lot of energy. Now, the domestic sintering plants more and more pay attention to sintering waste heat recovery technology based on waste heat boiler. And the safe and stable operation of sintering waste heat boiler, largely depends on the boiler automatic control level, especially the deaerator temperature control level and the drum level control level. The stability of the steam drum level can ensure continuous safe operation of the boiler. In this paper, 12 tons of sintering waste heat boiler control system reconstruction project as the background, we identified the waste heat boiler control plan according to the characteristics of sintering waste heat recovery, waste heat boiler control difficulty and on-site technical index analysis. This paper mainly studied the following contents:1. The characteristics of sintering waste heat resource were analyzed, the control technology of the waste heat boiler and control difficulty were researched, and then the article research method was determined.2. The importance and difficulty of boiler deaerator temperature control were analyzed, and this paper studied the deaerator temperature fuzzy PID control method and carried on the algorithm simulation research.3. The sintering waste heat resource is not stable, steam load change is big, the pressure fluctuation before the water valve is large, the boiler drum level is difficult to control, this paper firstly designed the pressure selectivity control scheme of the water valve, and then studied drum level "three impulse control algorithm based on fuzzy PID, lastly this paper carried on the algorithm simulation research.4. According to the requirements of the waste heat boiler control technology, this paper designed the automatic control system of the boiler, mainly completed the design work of test instrument, electrical and PLC system. And applied advanced control algorithms on the control of the waste heat boiler, this paper finally give the control effect of train diagrams.The success of the project implementation improved the control level of the boiler deaerator temperature and the drum level. It has a good role to improve the life of the waste heat boiler, guarantee the safe and stable operation of production, and improve the efficiency of the waste heat recovery.
