| The rapid development of economy has also brought some further problems, air pollution has become increasingly serious and lack of energy resources, how to fully use energy is a problem that is worth discussing. The traditional coal-fired steam turbine power plant not only pollute the environment seriously, and the energy utilization rate is low. Gas and steam combined cycle system makes the problem of the emergence solved. As an intermediate equipment, waste heat boiler using waste heat to generate steam and promote the steam turbine to generate electricity, improve the energy utilization rate. In the waste heat boiler, the water level of the drum is the most accurate, so this paper pays attention to the automatic control of the water level of the steam drum.Firstly, this paper introduces the waste heat boiler, including the structure and classification of the waste heat boiler, and analyzes the working process of the waste heat boiler. Then the dynamic characteristic was analyzed according to the characteristics of the drum water level, and gives the dynamic characteristic curve of water level under steam disturbance and feed water disturbance.Three impulse control scheme is adopted to realize the control of drum level. The designed controller based on variable universe fuzzy PID solved the problem of rough control. By comparing the simulation results, we can know that compared with the traditional PID and fuzzy PID, variable universe fuzzy PID controller has a smaller overshoot, shorter adjusting time and better anti-interference ability. Combined with the actual situation, the hardware circuit design of the LPC2292 processor core is completed, and the modular design is used to analyze each module in detail. The software part of the controller is designed, and then some sub module program is analyzed and introduced, and the corresponding program flow chart is given. |
