Adopting low temperature waste heat power generation in cement factory, it is an important way to improve product efficiency, save energy and make continuous development. waste heat power generation is a control plant that has features of multi-input/output, and coupling tightly multivariable, which has great particularity, as its heat from surplus heat of cement decomposing beforehand stove, so it need particular control scheme. The control of low temperature waste heat power generation in cement factory is different with the general power plants with combustion system. Currently there is not a set of full-scale automation control system has been worked out.Waste heat power station, compared with the usual power plants, the main problem is the amount of cement kiln flue gas emissions and flue gas temperature can not be controlled. Both the production of cement clinker cement rotary kiln, while also the flue gas being used to generate electricity. Since the production of cement kiln conditions change, it generates flue gas will be great changes at the same time, this bring many difficulties to make use of waste heat. We want to ensure that cement kiln waste heat power plants to adapt to the changes as much as possible, generating a stable steam parameters, but also to maximize the use of waste heat. This is the difficult of low temperature waste heat power station control system designIn this paper, we have the structure and process waste heat power generation in-depth study based on the combined cement production conditions, the heat generation control system has been analyzed. The entire cogeneration control system is divided into four parts to optimize the control technology research, are imported gas valve control technology, drum water level control technology, deaerator and condenser water control technology , generators power control technology.In this paper, the dynamic characteristics and control requirements are in-depth analyzed of waste heat power generation system. Imported gas valve control technology is to adapt the conditions of cement kiln operating to make full use of waste heat, We design a optimal control program based on fuzzy intelligent control theory, to make waste heat power plants can adapt to changes in the condition. Drum water level control, based on the traditional control system, we design a fuzzy control scheme with the introduction of flue gas temperature variable, to avoid a false water level. Condenser and deaerator water level control is that the two considered as a whole, designed a two-input and two-output fuzzy controller to regulate the water level to make it more responsive to the situation. Generator power control program, we design a fuzzy controller with steam pressure as input, so that generator load can be adjusted to follow the changes in energy storage systems, improve waste heat utilization.Finally, in this paper, the optimizing control technology program was carried out simulation experiments, the simulation results show that the optimization program can adapt to the characteristics of waste heat power generation of cement plant, improve the utilization of waste heat. For enterprises to reduce operator labor intensity, cost savings and increase economic efficiency has a practical significance.
