| As an important infrastructure of urban water supply system, water supply network is used to transport and distribute water. The main purpose of water supply network design is to determine the diameter of all pipe sections by the design flow rate and economic flow velocity of pipe sections. In the case where the flow rate has been determined, determining the economic flow velocity is needed to determine the pipe diameter. Therefore, the selection of economic flow velocity decides the design of the entire water supply network.The thesis explored the influencing factors of water supply network economic flow velocity, on the base of optimization theory of water supply network. How to select the coefficients of optimal design of water supply network was analyzed, based on summarizing the research of optimal design of water supply network at home and abroad, and then put forward multiple-leap optimization method. By the means of optimal design, the thesis analyzed the influence of flow rate and the place of pipe sections, the service scope and terrain, the level and system of electrovalence and the cost of pipeline on economic flow velocity of aqueduct and water supply network. By the primary and secondary relations between economic flow velocity and influencing factors, found out according to the results of the analysis, the average economic flow velocity calculated by the conventional statistical data was improved. Combined with practical examples for calculation, the feasibility of multiple-leap optimization method in actual water supply network was checked. In the end, the thesis checked the feasibility of conventional and improved economic flow velocity in practical application, respectively, and then put forward the more reasonable economic velocity for engineering use from them. |
