Based on the quo that it is difficult to conduct the field test of energy characteristics of large low-head pumping station such as Simashan Wujiang Pumping Station, commonly-used methods on flow and power test of the large low-head pumping station are studied and learned, combining with the characteristics of the Wujiang Pumping Station, the reasonable plan of field test on energy characteristics of Wujiang Pumping station is determined,and field test of the energy characteristics of pumping station in Wujiang pump station.Provide technical basis for the future operation management and scheduling of Wujiang Pumping Station in Simashan, and provide a certain guiding significance to the renovation project in Wujiang Pumping Station; provide a new way for the field test of the pump energy characteristics of the large low-head pumping station such as Wujiang pumping station.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the commonly-used flow measurement methods of pumping station, such as Ultrasonic Flow Method, Orifice Plate Flow Method, Turbine Flow Method, Skin Custody Method, Mow Meter Method, Flow Tube Method. The advantages and disadvantages of the method of measuring the flow are analyzed, and the conclusion is obtained that the Flow Tube Method is suitable for the field test of the field test of the large low-head pumping station of Wujiang pump station.(2)Through the analysis of the commonly-used power measurement methods of pumping station:Motor Balance Test, Power Loss Analysis Method, Vibrating Wire Dynamometry, Telemetry Resistance Strain Instrument. Wireless Resistance Strain Gauge is developed, which equips the advantages of high precision, advanced signal transmission, farther transmission distance, directly providing data to dynamic information management of the pumping station.(3)The Flow Tube Method and The Wireless Resistance Strain Gauge is applied to Wujiang pumping station. According to the actual characteristics of Wujiang pumping station, the CFPF Flow Tube Method and the Wireless Resistance Strain Gauge are designed and developed. The test results show that the method combining the CFPF Flow Tube Method and the Wireless Resistance Strain Gauge is feasible to conduct the field test of energy characteristics.(4)The measured flow and model flow are analyzed and compared, the result is concluded that the actual flow of WJ-12 and 2.8CJ-70 axial pump unit is basically similar to test data of each device model.At the same time, the actual operation efficiency of WJ-12 axial flow pump unit is calculated by using the measured data, and the results of the experimental results of the model test are compared., within the operating operation range, actual operation efficiency is lower than the efficiency of the model test, but the performance data can basically meet the original design value and meet the rules that "efficiency of axial flow pump can not be less than 60%" written in "Technical renovation of pumping station".
