From 1960s a series of pumping stations have been completed and the implementation of the South-North Water Transfers Project is making a new upsurge of the bluiding and rehabilitation of pumping stations.In order to offer scientific data and examine if we have accomplished the ecnomical and safe purpose desired,we urgently need a set of energetic test system for pumping station and the system is highly accurate and reliable.This paper has designed and developed the energetic test system of pumping station combining "948"relevant project of Ministry of Water Resources.Mainly according to the request of pumping station,this paper designed a set of test systenm.This system has high automatic level,the measurement of the system is accurate and the operation of the system is simple.According to the parameters which must be measured,the hardware of the test system with the heart of computer was designed which consisted of sensor as data acquisition,conditioning circuits as signal filtering and A/D card as data transfer.In Windows on the computer this paper wrote the super stratum application software in VB complied environment. The data acquisition in the application module transferred the driver to realize the accessing of card using dynamic link library technology and completed the performance of data acquisition. The data processing module used a vatiety of mathematical methods realized the function of application software to process the data collected by the test system and completed the drawing of performenc curves of pumping station.At the end of the paper the main job in the process of design and development was recommended. The development of test system in the future was also suggested.
