Research On The Spatial Reconstruction Of Small-towns In Northern Guangxi From The Perspective Of Social Transformation

Social transformation is one of the driving forces of town space development, the process of social economy transforming is also a process of town space reconstructing constantly. Compared with the eastern area, the economic and social development and urbanization level of northern Guangxi region is backward, however, with the deepening of the social system reform, the unceasingly enhancing of regional marketization, the flowing of factors such as population and resources is speeding up northern Guangxi regional space reconstruction. Basing on this background and selecting small towns in northern Guangxi as the research object, this paper tries to explore town space in northern Guangxi region adaptive reconstruction in the perspective of social transformation which has a positive effect to maintain a healthy development of the urban-rural space in northern Guangxi region.Firstly, based on making clear the logical relationship between social transformation and town space reconstruction, this paper analyzes the constitute of influencing factors of small town and their mutual relations. Natural factors are the base for small town development, material factors are the reality reflection on microscopic of social economy of small towns, social factors, however, with the formation and development of towns, is acting on town space as a stable, internalized power subtly. Therefore, analyzing the influence and function characteristics of social factors for town space and making a clear understanding of the correspondence relations between the specific characteristics of social transformation and small town space, can find out pathway and countermeasure of small town space reconstruction.Secondly, studying the connotation of social transformation, clearing the power structure, change of direction, influence factors and objective orientation, this paper analyzes the process of social transformation of northern Guangxi region in aspects of changes in social system, social structure, and social formation, clears the trend characteristics of northern Guangxi regional social transformation, and then deduces the challenge for the northern Guangxi small towns space reconstruction under this social condition,Finally, this paper tries to put forwards adaptive structures for small town space reconstruction of northern Guangxi region in regional level and internal level based on the above research. For regional space features reflect out town density variable big, and town functions differentiation obviously and regional traffic development quickly, proposed from regional level on its town system structure, and functions planning, and integrated traffic transport network building, and industry structure optimization, four aspects heavy frame content; while combined internal level town form outside spread, and function multiple agglomeration, and center structure multiple trend, and traffic pattern change, proposed perfect function with to layout, and added for old service facilities, and Maintain ecological pattern, and show local style features, and Adapted to modern traffic design, optimal level of organization management and adaptive space reconstruction of spatial structure of polycentric development.Main conclusions of this paper are follows: Social transformation will inevitably lead to the occurrence of urban space transformation; In order to meet the development trend of social transformation, small town space reconstruction of northern Guangxi region should be adaptive reconstructed with social development in regional level and internal level.
