With the development of sensor technology, real-time data collection in the workshop production site has become simple, how to store, process, and applicate these data are still problems to be solved. Real-time data stored by traditional databases in the current monitoring system, and operates by the 2D interface. Above all, these may cause the information between the management in the workshop and the work in the operating field can not be exchanged timely and accurately, that make the current workshop monitor can’t satisfy user’s requirements very well. In this paper consider more about the practical production needs, focus on the related technology of virtual monitoring workshop and the method of warning. The main contents of this research are the following:1) Analysis the data types in virtual monitoring system, on the basis of introduce the storage method of real-time data, design the feasible storage methods system of the real-time data, finally put forward the system model and operation method of real-time database.2) Use the Unity3D platform to build 3d virtual scene and make use of the thought of the scene tree management to manage scenes, study the driving method of the 3d models in virtual monitoring system, study the human-computer interaction technology, achieve the nature and real-time interactive Study the path node method to achieve path visualization of the logistics equipment path in the monitoring system.3) Discuss the general method of malfunction prediction, analysis the complicated situation in the real production process, due to model parameters can not defined the process manufacturing operations and lack of experience and technology, use PCA method to make malfunction predict. Analysis the calculating process of PCA method, and designed the fault prediction algorithm based on PCA method; Finally, verified the correctness of the prediction method by examples.4) Based on the above key technology, designed and developed a prototype system, designed and analysed the its overall framework and functional elements. Proof the validity of the prototype system in the practical application.
