| With a non-adhesive driving mode, LIM metro vehicle has the characteristics of high climbing ability, small vehicle section, little noise under the car and environmental friendliness, and it can select line flexible and reduce the cost of civil works. Guang-zhou Metro Line4, Line5, Line6,Beijing Subway airport line using LIM metro vehicle use in good condition.From the safe operation and traction efficiency, the gap between primary of LIM and reaction plate is needed to maintaining at8-12mm.During vehicle operation, LIM has complex forces, except affected by the wheel-rail vibration and vibration of the ve-hicle parts, there are three-dimensional electromagnetic force between LIM itself and reaction plate, wherein the vertical electromagnetic force has a significant effect on the changes of gap.Based on multi-row traveling wave electromagnetic field theory of LIM to derive the vertical electromagnetic force calculation formula. Given the relationship curve be-tween vertical electromagnetic force and the gap of a model of LIM according to the formula, compare with the relationship curve between the measured vertical electro-magnetic force and the gap, both changes in the same scope and trend. So it is proven that the result gotten from the formula is in line with the actual situation, and it can be applied to the LIM.Establish frame suspension and axle suspension LIM metro vehicle based on SIMPACK multi-body dynamics software, simulate the dynamics of LIM metro vehicle system, and get the following conclusions:(1) The vertical vibration amplitude of frame suspension is greater than axle sus-pension, the lateral vibration acceleration of two kinds of suspension mode is basically the same;(2) The changes of gap of axle suspension LIM is less than frame suspension;(3) The lateral Sperling index of two kinds of suspension mode of LIM is basically the same, the vertical Sperling index of frame suspension is greater than axle suspension. Both operational safety indexes are basically the same, according to China’s "Railway Vehicle Dynamics Performance Evaluating and test identifying standards", both dy-namic parameters are within the "excellent" range;(4) The critical speed of LIM metro vehicle in the vertical electromagnetic force conditions there than those without the vertical electromagnetic force working condi- tions;(5)The stiffness of suspension boom has a significantly effect on vibration of gap of frame suspension LIM, the smaller of stiffness, the more obvious vibration of LIM. |
