| In the process of the metro construction, vertical transportation, as one of the main mode of transportation, has a mass of mission, and in which the situation of human-machine interaction is often happen. Moreover, in order to complete the task as soon as possible, it is often occur that the workers are moving arbitrarily in the lifting area, or too close to the wellhead / gantry cranes / crane, which means if the lifting falling objects or the object strike occurs, it will result in serious casualties and large property costs. Therefore, it is very important and urgent to achieve the real-time monitoring and “pre-control” of unsafe behaviors in the vertical transport operation in the metro construction, to prevent the accidents occurring because of the unsafe behaviors and hazardous energy coupling accidentally.According to preliminary research, for the vertical transport operation in the metro construction, based on the theory of the human dynamics and energy barriers theory, and also in the use of the internet of things technology, a scientific research has been done to find the objective law in the unsafe operation and the coupling principle between the unsafe behaviors and the hazardous energy. Meanwhile, the dynamic barriers and management of the hazardous energy in the vertical transport in the metro construction has been achieved. Firstly, a human dynamics analysis on the group layer has been done for the unsafe behaviors during the vertical transport operation based on the “the safety report of metro construction”, and then found the objective law of the unsafe behaviors. Secondly, the unsafe behaviors with no defense has been mainly discussed. According to the analysis of awareness and formation of the unsafe behaviors and found the hazardous energy related to the unsafe behaviors, the coupling principle between the unsafe behaviors and the hazardous energy has been summarized. Thirdly, on the basis of the energy barrier theory, the hazardous energy dynamic barrier model has been built. Finally, a hazardous energy dynamic barrier system for the metro vertical transport operation has been built by using the Io T technology, and then applied the system into the project. It turned out that the system can decrease the unsafe behaviors in construction site obviously, and can also pre-alarm and rectify the unsafe behaviors and hazardous energy timely and accurately.According to the aforementioned research, the positioning and searching of the operator and the hazardous energy in the metro vertical transport operation has been accomplished. What’s more, the real-time monitoring and pre-alarm of the unsafe behaviors and hazardous energy can timely, accurately and effectively dynamic barrier the unsafe behaviors and hazardous energy in the metro vertical transport operation, which is significant for improving the level of informatization of the metro construction safety management. |
