For The Urban Traffic Management In Road Traffic Condition Assessment And Information Release

The development of transportation is a important indicator to measure the degree of social and economic, With the great development of economy in our country, greatly improve in people’s living standard, the travel means rely more on transportation, urban traffic problem become more and more prominent. But because of the limitation of city condition, road construction speed is far behind the pace of the increase of vehicle speed, so how to use the existing city road resources reasonably and maximize the social benefits of the objective function, is going to have a more comprehensive and reasonable evaluation system to give the public more direct and easily understanding application information of road, give the traffic managers scientific basis for the rational decisions. This article emphatically studies the road traffic based on multi-source data fusion body evaluation method and exploits a set of evaluation and information release system for Beijing city traffic management of road traffic status. The paper mainly finished the following work:(1) Systematic summary and analyze the current traffic status information acquisition technology commonly used at home and abroad, expound the working principle of all kinds of commonly used sensors, through the comparation to analyze the pros and cons of technology, to clarify the development trend of traffic state obtaining technology.(2) According to the characteristics of micro wave data、floating car data and license plate recognition detection data put forward based on BP neural network data fusion algorithm. Expressway and the distance in Beijing as an example, for the flat peak, peak in the morning and evening, three kinds of sensor detects the traffic speed of convergence, by comparison with the actual data, verify the effectiveness of the algorithm validity.(3) According to different level of traffic management requirements, to build the roads and road network in two different levels of traffic evaluation index system, put forward two different level of traffic running state evaluation method.(4) In this paper, as an example, has developed a set of urban road traffic state and information release system in Beijing, to achieve the real-time traffic status information release, automatic generation of data statistics, emergencies or traffic management measures under the condition of traffic running state analysis, and other functions.
