Establishing Evaluation Index System Research On Affordable Housing Industrialized Construction Level

Building industrialization development in China started late, the development of affordable housing industrialized construction also met many bottlenecks, because there is no unified architecture evaluation standard system and evaluation method of industrialization, there is no a set of complete construction industrialized countries standards, lack of scientific and applicable industrialized technologies of the system. Therefore, the establishment of the evaluation index system of affordable housing industrialized construction level is the precondition of building industrialization to promote and build a complete set of evaluation index system of building industrialization has important practical significance. This article mainly studied revolves the affordable housing and building industrialization basic theory, evaluation standard and evaluation index system of affordable housing construction industrialization in this paper.This paper starts with in the system the analysis of construction industrialization both at home and abroad on the basis of related research, this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of affordable housing and analysis for affordable housing industrialized construction policies, standards, current situation and evaluation standards system and building industrialization, and affordable housing construction related problems and evaluation standard system of industrialization were analyzed, and affordable housing in our country are brought forward in the implementation of construction problems appeared in the process of industrialization and its insufficiency, the significance of affordable housing industrialized construction, the function and necessity of establishing evaluation system of analysis.Secondly, combining with the affordable housing industrialized construction level objectives and principles of establishing evaluation system of industrialization, combined with affordable housing and the core of the building industrial technology system, through literature analysis and practical investigation, summarize and build a set of evaluation index system of affordable housing industrialized construction level, namely by the design standardization technology, component factory production technology, construction mechanization level, management informatization level and green environmental protection level five aspects constitute. and was established by applying the method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the affordable nousing construction evaluation model of industrialization.Finally, according to the concrete affordable housing industrialized construction project to practical application and verification for evaluation model, finally concludes:hat the affordable housing industrialized construction project level. through empirical analysis, the evaluation model for the practical application and verification, and further suggests that this paper constructed the evaluation index system of affordable housing construction industrialization not only can effectively reflect the characteristics of industrialization and affordable housing construction, but also the research has practical application value.
