Research On The Affordable Housing Industrialization Constrction Based On The Open Builiding Theory

Affordable housing construction in our country is closely linked to the low-income residents living. In order to protect low-income residents living life, Chinaplans to build36000000sets of affordable housing in five years. Residentialindustrialization construction takes modern science and technology as thefoundation, advances centralized, large-scale production to replace the originalbackward handicraft production. Residential industrialization construction purposeto built residents which achieve the residents requirements with a minimum of laborand the most reasonable price in the shortest possible time.This paper combines affordable housing construction with residentialindustrialization construction, proposes the concept of affordable industrializationconstruction housing, and puts forward the main problems: single form and cannotmeet the dynamic and personalized residential demand. In order to solve theseproblems reasonably and fully, this paper introduces the open architecture theory.Firstly, this paper discusses the open building theory development. Secondly, takesthe hierarchy, classification decision, capacity, residents participation and thesupport and infill body separated from each other as the starting points to analysisthe open architecture theory. After all, on the basis of open building theory,discusses the design strategies of affordable industrialization construction housingfrom the two aspects of morphological diversity and space adaptability.This paper discusses morphological diversity mainly from the residentialcommunity level and the infill body level. In the residential community level, thispaper mainly discusses the relationship between the residential community and citycontext and regional; in the infill body level, mainly discusses the residentialcommunity boundary, building layout and the landscape.This paper discusses the adaptability space mainly from the support body leveland the infill body level. In the support body level, constructs three kinds of supportbodies–the long support body, the short support body and the horizontal supportbody by overlapping on the space belt, space segment, the basic layout, theexpansion layout and other related elements. In the infill body level, takes the roomadaptability and the flexible wall as the breakthrough point, puts forward residentialspace adaptability strategies. Then this paper researches the foundation anddevelopment of the combination of the support body level and the infill body level.
