This article briefly describes the development and current situation of shield technology, as well as the source of the background paper topics, and the development of virtual prototyping technology to do a brief overview. Segment automatic assembly machine is an important part of the shield device, but shaped shield segment erector little research in the domestic. In this paper, structure design of segment erector by using modelling software, and finite element analysis carried out some of the key components and structures, combined with multibody system dynamics software erector virtual prototype model simulation of dynamic performance, mainly to complete the following aspects work:(1) Analysis of segment erection work steps to determine the degree of freedom and functional segment erector to be achieved, the analysis segment of the division and combination;(2) Detailed design mechanical structure of the segment erector according to the requirement of function, sets up a mechanism models and carries on the theoretical analysis;(3) Using modelling software for segment structure of installed the virtual prototype of3-d modeling and checking;(4) Using the finite element analysis method, the simulation analysis on the deformation and stress of the key components, special assemble car structure under typical working conditions as well as the walking beam type of vibration modal analysis;(5) Using multibody system dynamics software for mechanism kinematics and dynamics simulation, analysis erector dynamics virtual prototype in operation, providing the foundation for future reference and detailed design.The main innovation of this paper is to improve:(1) This article is designed segment erector can be operated on shaped cross-section of small size space, a unique dual symmetry structure can be assembled car segment erection independent left and right sides, and a separate sports angle over180degrees, to ensure that all segments position angle can be achieved, with the existing structure of the assembled machine is quite different;(2) To improve the design of the new parallel redundant6SPS-S organization, meets erector bodies of three degrees of freedom needed to fine-tune and makes the bodies become better agency rigidity and stability under heavy load.
