| Cargo flow routing selection is the foundation of railway transportation and transport organizations, it is also the critical part of marshalling, which directly affects the cost of rail transport. In recent years, China high-speed rail line has greatly helped relieve pressure on existed railway transport, at the same time, China high-speed rail line made possible the optimization of wagon flow routing.In the early 1950 s, some developed countries has already studied how to make existed railway’s wagon flow routing optimal and transport capacity maximal after the operation of passenger special line. And they adopted the resolution called†separative route transportationâ€. Nowadays, this is a growing trend for passenger flow transfered from existed railway to passenger special line, and the existed railway will gradually release capacity for freight transportation. However, we are in the situation of freight volume declined and the capacity of existed railway increased, how to optimize the railway transport organization and adapt to the market is important to the development of China’s railway.According to above, this paper made further research on the optimization of wagon flow routing based on the situation of China Railway,Firstly, we collected the data of railway passenger and freight traffic and made qualitative analysis to explore factors that influence China railway passenger and cargo flow, and then predicted the development of China’s railway passenger and freight traffic.Secondly, we conducted a study on the technology of quantitative prediction of China’s railway cargo flow and described the theory of cargo flow prediction. Then we made comparison between all the prediction methods, and selected 4 according to the characteristics of China’s railway to forecast and analyze our country railway cargo flow. After quantitative analysis of cargo flow, this paper proposed a model to optimize car flow routing.At the end of this paper, we regarded four main line(Beijing- Shanghai, BeijingGuangzhou, Beijing- Kowloon, Jiaozuo- Liuzhou) as the object to validate the correctness of the algorithm of the model,which result was a success. Therefore, the model this paper proposed may use in improvement of transport organization. |
