| In recent decades,China’s social and economic growth has maintained a good growth trend.During this period,China’s infrastructure construction is also advancing rapidly,and different modes of freight transport have achieved varying degrees of development,providing favorable support for the sound economic development.However,as the leading transportation enterprise in China,the development situation of railway freight transportation organization is not optimistic,which not only lags behind the development of the whole society,but also lags behind other types of freight transportation.Railway development,especially in railway freight development revel in the plight has become a "bottleneck" restricting our economy,how to better railway reform and the railway bulk freight more healthy,more stable growth become a difficult problem in front of people,so the study of railway bulk freight adjustment strategy,has the very high practical significance and strategic value.This paper starts from the history of China’s railway development and the operation and development overview of other representative railway developed countries.On the other hand,it describes the competitive environment of railway bulk freight from the perspective of the actual volume of bulk freight.Then,the asymmetry theory is introduced to calculate the asymmetry coefficient of railway bulk freight quantitatively,and the gap between railway bulk freight and social freight and competitors is described,and its feasibility is demonstrated by empirical research.Then,a new integrated forecasting method is proposed to predict the future development trend of railway bulk freight volume,echoing the asymmetric development of railway bulk freight volume.Finally,based on the asymmetry of railway bulk freight railway development and disadvantages of description,combining with the beginning of the analysis of the history and present situation,from environmental governance and innovation drive and talent introduction puts forward corresponding adjustment strategy,the development of the railway bulk cargo provides a way to provide theoretical guidance and reference.Figure 15,table 6,reference 73. |
