The Elderly Community Landscape Planning Of Hainan Jianfengling

As for the issue of aging, its situation has been growing increasingly severe in spite of the fact socio-economic is developing rapidly, the elderly pension model presents a trend of diversity.At the same time, due to the improvement of the cultural level, the economic leve and ideas of old people, they have a hige demand for living conditions and begin to focus on the quality of the outdoor environment.In the aspects of outdoor landscape planning and construction of the elderly community, there are abundant literature data and experience at home and abroad.On the basis of previous studies, Hainan Jianfengling is the main planning object in this paper, aimed to provide a comfortable, healthy and safe outdoor environment for older people in later life, to meet the urgent needs of the elderly for outdoor landscape.Firstly, after a review of research literature, the research and development of the elder community at home and abroad were analyzed comprehensively.The study found, for the elderly community outdoor landscape planning, China has not yet formed a complete theoretical system, there is still a gap compared with other countries, and outdoor landscape planning of elderly community meeting the elderly needs has become an inevitable trend of the times.Secondly, a thorough analysis was made to characteristics of the elderly and garden landscape, we sum up the elderly community landscape planning design principles.Thirdly, through the analysis and comparison of typical cases at home and abroad, we conclude the advantages and disadvantages of them.Finally, drawing on predecessors’ experience and use various design principles to program Hainan Jianfengling elderly community projects, in order to satisfy the demands of contemporary elderly endowment and promote the development of pension industry.it’s a design work which not only can carry on the Hainan local traditional culture,but also manifest the Hainan native context.
