| Population aging is a significant feature of twenty-first Century,which gradually brings more social problems.China’s social structure and social form is in the unceasing change,affected by the increasing aging population.In a variety of aging,the living environment is becoming increasingly prominent.The research on the construction of the elderly livable environment will directly affect the improvement on quality of life of the elderly.While the rapid development of the current pension real estate results in the pension community on the market which sees the commercial value as orientation,lacks of real demand for the elderly people’s attention.This paper researches for outdoor landscape community from the perspective of theory to practice of the landscape aging,design problems on suitable for elderly of aging community landscape will be solved.This paper analyzes of the needs of the elderly in many aspects,the elderly with physiology,psychology,environment behavior and landscape design science and other disciplines of knowledge are elected as theoretical basis.on the basis of the theory,the investigation for the outdoor environment and apartments for the elderly in community,an empirical study on the selection of two representative of Nanjing City,Shanghai City.The paper summarizes and analyzes the problems and advantages of existing pension community outdoor landscape through field research and analysis,besides,raises aging community outdoor landscape suitable for elderly principle and key points of design with the related theory of knowledge.At last,the methods and principles of design and the main points are used in the design practice project of Yiyuan retirement community.The flexible use of design principles and elements,full consideration to the needs of the elderly pension community with modern design techniques,local pension culture and traditional culture,thus,a more livable community landscape environment for the elderly will be created. |
